Yes, We offer a 100% quality guarantee. For improper production. we will either refund you the money or rapidly remake the products for you.
Q What is your MOQ? Can I mix up designs to meet the minimum quantity?

Our MOQ is 50 pcs for each custom design. New customers can start with 10 pcs to check the quality.
Q Do you offer samples before mass production?

A

Yes, we offer pre-production samples with only a mold charge. Sampling takes approximately 7-10 days and mass production another 10-15 business days. Please allow enough time for production.
Q What is your production lead time?

A Our production lead time is usually around 7-15 workdays (depending on the products) after receiving payment and your artwork approval.
Q Do you do custom designs? And will I receive an art proof before production?

Yes, we will send you proof in 1-3 workdays after receiving your order. Production begins only after we get your approval of the artwork.
Q What's MOQ of your product?

A No MOQ.We do know some people just need only a few,customize and special orders,we can meet and pleased with them.
